For Chambers, employer coalitions and business networks, RILayer can be deployed with a small employer cohort. Each employer receives a readiness map, risk and assumption log, decision evidence summary, action route and review checkpoint.
The network receives an anonymised cohort insight report showing common readiness barriers, decision gaps and support needs across the cohort. Individual employer vulnerabilities, internal risks and commercially sensitive details are not exposed to the wider network.
