RILayer is an independent product of SamSoyombo Career Pathways Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, commissioned by or operated on behalf of any public-sector employer, public agency, careers service, skills body, education authority, regional partnership or statutory service.

RILayer does not use confidential information, clients, employer contacts, internal documents, systems, data or relationships from any employment role.

RILayer is developed, positioned and deployed as independent organisational decision-governance infrastructure.

Youth and Workforce Boundary

RILayer governs employer readiness, not young people.

Where RILayer is used in early-career, placement, apprentice, trainee or workforce-transition contexts, its role is to help the organisation assess its own readiness.

RILayer does not label, assess or coach young people. It does not replace safeguarding, pastoral care, careers guidance, employability support or professional youth services.

It helps employers ask whether the role is ready, supervision is ready, support boundaries are clear, risks are understood, escalation is defined, the decision is evidenced and the organisation is ready to proceed responsibly.
